Supports the Total Portfolio Management investment team through executive calendar management, stakeholder coordination, vendor relationships, procurement, contract negotiation, budget oversight, invoice processing, reconciliations, financial reporting, meeting administration, research, and special projects. Ensures activities comply with procurement, governance, financial, and organizational policies while providing responsive administrative and operational support to senior investment leaders.

Supports the Chief Investment Officer and Investment Division through strategic projects, executive communications, committee governance, business planning, reporting, talent initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. The role tracks strategic decisions, milestones, risks, and outcomes; prepares Board and Executive materials; coordinates leadership meetings and town halls; and helps implement corporate priorities, process improvements, and divisional initiatives.

Principal, Private Markets will evaluate and execute private equity and infrastructure investments across Europe. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, structuring, negotiations, investment committee materials, portfolio monitoring, asset management, quarterly reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role collaborates with investment partners, advisers, lenders, management teams, and internal teams across global offices, while supporting both new investments and existing portfolio companies.

Manages and validates pension member data received from employers, including interface processing, reconciliation, correction, investigation, and database support. Performs user acceptance testing, maintains spreadsheets and project files, supports pension-related special projects, and improves data control procedures. Communicates with employers and internal teams about data requirements and system issues while identifying trends, resolving problems, and recommending process improvements.
