Teams at Optimove

Own client relationships and help customers maximize value from the Optimove platform. Build strategic stakeholder relationships, coordinate internal resources, advocate for customer needs, provide training and guidance, and communicate product updates. The role requires strong presentation, communication, organization, interpersonal, analytical, and technology skills, along with a bachelor's degree and 1–4 years of relevant experience. This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the Dundee office.

Own enterprise client relationships, drive platform adoption and business results, provide training and strategic guidance, coordinate internal teams, communicate product updates, and develop CRM and digital marketing opportunities for retail, eCommerce, and iGaming customers.

Own customer relationships as the primary company contact, train end users, advise clients on software usage, manage projects, resolve crises, explain product features, and drive ongoing customer enablement and success. The role requires strong communication, presentation, organization, analytical, interpersonal, and technology skills in a client-facing B2B SaaS environment.
