Teams at Optimove

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Optimove's next-generation campaign execution engine and marketer command center. Drive real-time, event-driven campaign products, work with engineering on high-scale distributed systems, do product discovery with enterprise clients, define technical requirements and KPIs, and align cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable campaign execution and analytics experiences.

Monitor and support production environment, handle customer integration requests, investigate and debug ETL processes, perform data QA and analysis, manage configuration, build scalable processes, and communicate directly with customers to resolve technical issues.

Serve as primary client contact to build strategic relationships, coordinate internal resources, train and advise clients on Optimove, communicate product updates, and drive customer value and satisfaction.
