Teams at Optimove

Own client relationships, build strategic partnerships, coordinate internal resources, advocate for customer needs, and help clients maximize the Optimove platform. Provide training, guidance, and advice; communicate product updates; and support customers in achieving business goals. The role requires strong communication, presentation, organization, analytical, interpersonal, and technology skills, with hybrid work in Tallinn three days per week.

Build and deploy machine learning features for personalization, including classification, ranking, NLP, and LLM applications. Own projects end-to-end from problem framing and data preparation through model development, deployment, monitoring, and production support. Collaborate with ML, MLOps, software engineering, and product teams while researching new methods, optimizing inference and retraining, and addressing data quality and model performance issues.

Leads Optimove’s Applications domain as an autonomous business, owning product direction, roadmap, customer value, engineering execution, delivery, organizational design, resources, and business outcomes. The role manages a multidisciplinary organization of 20+ employees across Engineering, Product, and Design/UX, partners with enterprise customers and commercial teams, and balances innovation, adoption, reliability, quality, speed, and cost.
