Monitor and support the production environment, manage customer integrations, debug ETL processes, perform data QA and analysis, maintain configurations, and develop scalable operational processes. Communicate directly with B2B SaaS customers to resolve technical issues. The role also involves troubleshooting web applications, using monitoring tools, and explaining technical challenges clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.

Develop and support data transformations, migrations, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data marts. Investigate data mismatches, apply data-quality measures, and collaborate with Customer Success teams and client data teams to understand business needs, scope projects, and deliver solutions. The role requires strong SQL, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and effective multitasking in a hybrid Dundee-based environment.

Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers, serving as their primary contact and advocate. Help clients realize value from the Optimove platform through guidance, training, strategic coordination, and communication of product updates. Collaborate with C-level and technical stakeholders, communicate customer needs internally, and support clients in achieving business goals and satisfaction.
