If you’re looking for a place where you can do more, be more, come grow with us.

We are looking for a Program Manager of Applications to lead one of Optimove's core customer-facing product and technology domains.
This is not a traditional Product Management or Engineering Management role. You will run the domain as a small business within Optimove, with end-to-end accountability for product direction, technology, people, execution, customer value, and business outcomes. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization of 20+ people across Engineering, Product, and Design/UX, with the authority to shape the team and operating model required to succeed. We are looking for a leader who can move naturally between product strategy, customer needs, technology, execution, and people leadership - and who is comfortable making difficult trade-offs and being accountable for the outcome.

What You'll Own
  • Product direction and roadmap - Own the roadmap and make the final trade-offs about what to build, what to improve, and what not to do.
  • Customer value and product adoption - Deeply understand how customers use our applications and drive measurable improvements in customer experience, usage, and impact.
  • Engineering execution - Create an organization capable of moving quickly while maintaining strong standards for quality, reliability, maintainability, and service health.
  • End-to-end delivery - Own outcomes from problem discovery through product definition, development, release, adoption, and ongoing operation.
  • People and organization - Lead Engineering, Product, and Design/UX capabilities; build a high-performing organization and continuously improve its structure, talent, and ways of working.
  • Program economics and resources - Own headcount and relevant cloud/vendor resources, making deliberate trade-offs between investment, speed, quality, and cost.
  • Organizational autonomy - Reduce unnecessary dependencies and build the technical and organizational capabilities needed for the group to increasingly decide, build, test, and release independently.
  • Customers and business partnership - Maintain direct exposure to customers and work closely with Customer Success and other commercial teams to understand problems, validate priorities, and measure outcomes.
  • Performance and outcomes - Define and manage against a clear scorecard spanning innovation, adoption, customer outcomes, reliability, delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Significant leadership experience in a B2B SaaS product and technology organization, with meaningful ownership of a product, platform, or business domain.
  • Strong product judgment - able to understand customer problems, shape product direction, evaluate opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly, and make sound trade-offs.
  • Strong technical fluency and engineering judgment - able to engage deeply with engineers and architects, understand technical constraints and trade-offs, and challenge decisions constructively.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, or adjacent functions. Direct ownership of both Product and Engineering is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Demonstrated accountability for outcomes rather than only roadmap, delivery, or a single functional discipline.
  • Strong execution capability - able to turn ambiguous problems into decisions, clear ownership, and sustained delivery.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to make difficult calls with incomplete information.
  • Strong customer orientation and experience engaging directly with sophisticated enterprise customers.
  • Ability to balance innovation, customer value, speed, reliability, technical health, and cost rather than optimizing for a single dimension.
  • Comfort operating with significant autonomy and being held accountable through measurable business and product outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in English; Hebrew is an advantage.
The Profile That Will Thrive Here

This role could be a strong fit for a Product leader with deep technical fluency and substantial execution ownership, or for an Engineering leader with strong product judgment, customer orientation, and experience owning product outcomes. What matters most is not which function you came from. We are looking for someone who can sit above the traditional Product/Engineering divide and take accountability for the whole system: customer value, product choices, technology, people, execution, and results. You should be equally comfortable discussing a customer workflow, challenging a roadmap decision, understanding an architectural trade-off, reviewing delivery performance, and making an organizational decision.

If you require any adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.
By submitting this application, you agree that Optimove will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
