The Growth & Marketing Operations Manager will enhance growth through strategic marketing, oversee MarTech stack, optimize campaigns, and maintain data analytics.

Own full sales cycle for Optimile and Mobiflow across Belgium, lead RFPs/RFQs, build C-level relationships, maintain HubSpot pipeline, forecast revenue, and collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
