Senior product leader who defines and ships data and AI products. Own design system, drive full UX process from discovery to developer handoff, set design quality and accessibility standards, run and improve user research and metrics, embed AI into workflows, and act as designer across 2–3 squads while coaching other designers and collaborating with Product and Engineering.

Own a product area for an EV charging SaaS platform: define roadmap, translate customer and business needs into requirements, collaborate with squad to design and deliver features, prioritize work, monitor performance, and incorporate customer feedback and industry trends.

Develop scalable backend systems in Python/Django, design reliable distributed solutions with asynchronous messaging, mentor teammates, own production services and improve code quality and engineering practices.

The Growth & Marketing Operations Manager will enhance growth through strategic marketing, oversee MarTech stack, optimize campaigns, and maintain data analytics.

Own full sales cycle for Optimile and Mobiflow across Belgium, lead RFPs/RFQs, build C-level relationships, maintain HubSpot pipeline, forecast revenue, and collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
