Improve platform reliability, observability, security, and operational resilience for an EV charging ecosystem. Responsibilities include building Grafana dashboards and alerts, tracking SLOs, investigating incidents and vulnerabilities, managing access controls and secrets, creating runbooks and diagnostic tools, and partnering with engineering, DevOps, and support teams to resolve root causes and prevent recurring issues.

Own full sales cycle for Optimile and Mobiflow across Belgium, lead RFPs/RFQs, build C-level relationships, maintain HubSpot pipeline, forecast revenue, and collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
