Lead and scale Optics11’s multidisciplinary IT function across workplace support, infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, operational technology, and product IT operations. Own IT strategy, architecture, service management, security controls, budgets, suppliers, continuity, and team development. Establish ITIL-aligned processes, improve reliability and recovery, support manufacturing and customer-product environments, and deliver IT services for new locations.
