Supports underwater security marketing campaigns, content, LinkedIn, email, and website updates. Creates marketing and event materials, coordinates conferences and customer events, manages contacts in HubSpot, tracks calendars and deadlines, coordinates suppliers, administers invoices and expenses, and compiles basic campaign reporting. The role also supports event promotion, attendee coordination, on-site visitor engagement, and handoffs to Sales and technical teams.

Own and execute B2B growth marketing, demand generation, and ABM strategies for underwater security solutions. Lead integrated campaigns across content, LinkedIn, email, webinars, websites, SEO, and events. Manage HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, nurturing, reporting, and attribution. Optimize customer journeys, website conversion, account engagement, and qualified pipeline while translating complex technical topics into compelling content. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and external agencies to drive measurable commercial growth.

Designs, optimizes, validates, and scales manufacturing processes for complex high-tech products. Responsibilities include developing tooling, fixtures, equipment, SOPs, process controls, and training materials; conducting pilot builds, capability studies, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement; and supporting production ramp-up until processes are stable, repeatable, and capable. The role partners closely with R&D, Production, Quality, and suppliers and requires hands-on mechanical manufacturing expertise.
