Own international defense and security bids from qualification through submission and handover. Coordinate technical, engineering, production, finance, legal, export control, and sales stakeholders; establish feasibility; develop compliant proposals, pricing, schedules, risk assessments, and approval documentation. Manage tender administration, consortium requirements, export-control screening, contracting support, bid infrastructure, CRM updates, and process improvements across multiple concurrent bids.

Leads complex international shipments from planning through delivery, coordinating freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking. Supports warehouse receiving, inventory accuracy, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movements. Resolves delays, customs issues, claims, and documentation gaps while monitoring freight costs and carrier performance. The role also improves logistics processes and requires mandatory AIVD security screening.

Lead customer and user research for complex hardware and software products in defense and industrial environments. Conduct field studies, interviews, qualitative and quantitative research, and translate findings into product decisions. Own customer journey mapping, service design, personas, research repositories, prototypes, workflow diagrams, and validation practices. Collaborate with Product, R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Application Engineering to improve end-to-end customer experiences and reduce development risk.
