Executive leader responsible for globally scaling Customer Success across delivery, support, engineering, education, and project management. The role focuses on reducing churn, increasing adoption and expansion, optimizing the customer lifecycle, proving customer value, incorporating customer feedback, improving operational efficiency, and building talent. The VP partners closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal while serving on the executive leadership team and reporting to the CEO.

Leads Optibus’s global Customer Success organization, driving retention, adoption, customer value, expansion, and operational excellence. Oversees Customer Success Engineering, Support Engineering, Education, and Project Management teams; optimizes the customer lifecycle; develops talent; improves automation and self-service; and represents customer insights across the company. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal while communicating value and strategy to executives and customers.

Own end-to-end design for a core Optibus platform area while building agentic tools, skills, and workflows that transform how the design team works. Prototype using working code and AI agents, establish quality checks and human review gates, and drive adoption through documentation, demos, pairing, and office hours. Collaborate closely with product and engineering, mentor designers, and contribute to AI-enabled product experiences as an individual contributor.

Build and extend a production LLM agent platform: design agents and tools, implement integrations, own RAG ingestion and retrieval, define integration contracts, drive evaluation-led development, operate deployments and observability, and establish AI-specific engineering practices across frontend and backend.
