Oversee and operate video projection, recording, routing, processing, and marquee sign systems for live and taped Grand Ole Opry productions. Set up equipment, supervise camera operators, troubleshoot system failures, perform minor maintenance, and collaborate with producers, clients, and talent to achieve desired video results.

Owns strategy, governance, performance, and optimization for eight or more branded websites. Leads front-end UX, conversion optimization, SEO/AEO/GEO, content governance, analytics, accessibility, privacy, and CMS operations. Partners with developers, marketing, content, and brand teams while directing external development partners. Uses GA4, SEMrush, GTM, Meta Pixel, and testing tools to improve customer journeys, attribution, engagement, ticketing conversion, and revenue across web properties.

Leads government relations, public affairs, and issues management across a national hotel and entertainment portfolio. Builds relationships with officials, agencies, community leaders, media, and industry stakeholders; monitors legislative and regulatory developments; advises executives; supports development and investment initiatives; and coordinates responses across legal, operations, marketing, communications, and property teams. Based in Nashville with extensive travel to company properties and key markets.
