Sell and organize private events for a restaurant/entertainment venue: generate leads, negotiate and close contracts, create proposals and menus, coordinate site inspections and operations, manage invoicing and event scheduling, meet financial sales targets, and maintain corporate standards.

Supports HR operations through HRIS administration, system implementations, data maintenance, reporting, dashboards, compliance activities, and process improvements. Leads defined HR projects, manages employee lifecycle workflows, maintains audit-ready documentation, prepares metrics for leadership and board meetings, and provides analytical and administrative support for HR programs and recurring processes.

Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service at restaurant and event spaces. Set up/break down events, seat and assist guests, take orders, deliver food/beverages, handle POS/cash, enforce alcohol policies, maintain cleanliness and safety, communicate guest needs, and work irregular hours. State alcohol education card required.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates; coordinate interviews and offers; administer the ATS; perform reference checks and new-hire processing; produce staffing metrics and reports; support employer branding and process improvements; handle HR administrative tasks.

Plan, create, schedule, and supervise social media content and editorial strategies for assigned brands. Capture and edit visual content, write brand-voice copy, engage community, analyze performance metrics, repurpose show content, collaborate with internal teams, and implement social trends and tools to drive audience growth.

Lead design, support, and advanced troubleshooting of wired and wireless venue networks (Ubiquiti/UniFi). Ensure reliability for ticketing, POS, mobile, and critical systems, provide technical escalation and mentorship, maintain documentation and standards, participate in on-call rotations, and support deployments and incident response at live events.

Provide on-site IT support for venue operations including network, POS, ticketing, telephony, servers, and end-user devices; manage maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, training, on-call duties, and travel to venues for implementations and support.

Supervise front-of-house staff during concerts and events to ensure exceptional guest experience. Manage staffing, pre-shift briefings, crowd control, emergency evacuations, training, cleanliness, supplies, and interdepartmental coordination. Serve as guest and staff escalation point and report incidents, maintenance, and shift recaps to venue leadership.

Define and execute social media and content strategies for Opry Entertainment Group brands. Plan calendars, oversee content creation, manage community and events, partner with stakeholders, analyze performance, and drive audience growth and revenue.

Process and analyze vendor invoices, expense reports, wires and checks; match invoices to POs and receipts; maintain AP system records, run EOD/EOM processes, reconcile vendor statements, handle AP inquiries, batch/scan documents, and distribute mail.

Manage the full lifecycle of private and special events for a restaurant/bar/entertainment venue: client communication, budgeting, BEO creation, staff supervision, event setup and execution, vendor coordination, inventory control, and post-event financials and reporting.

Manage and maintain Opry Entertainment Group retail websites, implement content and design updates, perform HTML/CSS edits and UTM tagging, support site operations and order flow, analyze merchandising opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally to improve SEO, conversion, AOV and sales, and assist with creative content production and QA.
