Sell and organize private events for a restaurant/entertainment venue: generate leads, negotiate and close contracts, create proposals and menus, coordinate site inspections and operations, manage invoicing and event scheduling, meet financial sales targets, and maintain corporate standards.

Lead retail product development strategy across brands and categories. Manage product managers, designers, and developers to deliver product roadmaps, launches, merchandising, and e-commerce alignment. Drive lifecycle processes, budgets, P&L, and sales/margin goals while conducting market research and trend analysis.

Manage development and optimization of 8+ branded websites; lead front-end UX and mobile-first design; drive conversion optimization across discovery and ticketing journeys; oversee SEO, analytics, tag management, and CMS content; ensure accessibility, privacy (GDPR/CCPA) compliance; collaborate with developers and marketing to align sites with campaigns; monitor performance using GA4, SEMrush, GTM, and iterate on insights.

Manage and execute local marketing and promotional tactics for a live music venue, bar, and restaurant. Plan and implement campaigns, maintain in-venue and digital collateral, manage social media and website, build local partnerships, track KPIs tied to revenue and attendance, support private events and ticketed show promotion, and manage localized marketing budgets.

Manage and maintain Opry Entertainment Group retail websites, implement content and design updates, perform HTML/CSS edits and UTM tagging, support site operations and order flow, analyze merchandising opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally to improve SEO, conversion, AOV and sales, and assist with creative content production and QA.

Supervise daily box office operations and staff, handle guest issues, perform ticket sales, manage inventory and reporting, train staff, prepare schedules, and ensure excellent guest service during peak events.

Manage and execute local marketing and promotional tactics for a multi-experiential live music venue, including campaigns, in-venue collateral, social media and website management, partnerships, ticketed-event promotion, budget oversight, KPI measurement, and coordination with corporate marketing to drive traffic, sales, and brand consistency.

Supervise and host artist hospitality for events: staff, train, schedule hosts; review riders and budgets; set and maintain dressing rooms and backstage areas; manage inventory, shopping, catering, laundry, and reconciliations; liaise with producers and tour teams; communicate facility issues and ensure resolution.

Sell and organize private events for a live music venue, develop business through cold calling and client visits, prepare proposals and budgets, coordinate site visits and event logistics, manage invoicing and payments, collaborate with operations and catering to meet sales targets and reporting requirements.

Process bi-weekly payrolls for multiple company codes, reconcile timesheets and manual entries, manage time & attendance systems, respond to payroll inquiries, produce payroll reports, support system testing and payroll projects, and ensure compliance with policies.

Manage the full lifecycle of private and special events for a restaurant/bar/entertainment venue: client communication, budgeting, BEO creation, staff supervision, event setup and execution, vendor coordination, inventory control, and post-event financials and reporting.
