Manage front-of-house restaurant, bar, private event, and concert operations at a live music venue. Responsibilities include staffing, hiring, scheduling, training, guest service, cash handling, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, revenue reporting, safety, facility coordination, and compliance. The role partners with marketing, IT, HR, accounting, and venue leadership to improve service, control costs, support programming, and drive revenue growth.

Administers HRIS platforms, employee data, system integrations, interfaces, reporting, and third-party vendor relationships. Maintains accurate employee records, audits files, supports payroll and compliance reporting, troubleshoots HR system issues, trains users, and develops routine and ad hoc reports. Handles sensitive employee information and responds to employee, auditor, and government agency requests.

Owns strategy, governance, performance, and optimization for eight or more branded websites. Leads front-end UX, conversion optimization, SEO/AEO/GEO, content governance, analytics, accessibility, privacy, and CMS operations. Partners with developers, marketing, content, and brand teams while directing external development partners. Uses GA4, SEMrush, GTM, Meta Pixel, and testing tools to improve customer journeys, attribution, engagement, ticketing conversion, and revenue across web properties.

Leads government relations, public affairs, and issues management across a national hotel and entertainment portfolio. Builds relationships with officials, agencies, community leaders, media, and industry stakeholders; monitors legislative and regulatory developments; advises executives; supports development and investment initiatives; and coordinates responses across legal, operations, marketing, communications, and property teams. Based in Nashville with extensive travel to company properties and key markets.

Supports daily and monthly accounting for entertainment venues and revenue streams. Responsibilities include reconciling POS, ticketing, funding, cash, receivables, and deposits; preparing journal entries; completing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and control documentation; reviewing general ledger activity; analyzing revenue and expenses; supporting royalty and licensing accounting; maintaining procedures; improving processes; and assisting with audits and compliance.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates; coordinate interviews and offers; administer the ATS; perform reference checks and new-hire processing; produce staffing metrics and reports; support employer branding and process improvements; handle HR administrative tasks.

Lead design, support, and advanced troubleshooting of wired and wireless venue networks (Ubiquiti/UniFi). Ensure reliability for ticketing, POS, mobile, and critical systems, provide technical escalation and mentorship, maintain documentation and standards, participate in on-call rotations, and support deployments and incident response at live events.

Provide on-site IT support for venue operations including network, POS, ticketing, telephony, servers, and end-user devices; manage maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, training, on-call duties, and travel to venues for implementations and support.

Supervise front-of-house staff during concerts and events to ensure exceptional guest experience. Manage staffing, pre-shift briefings, crowd control, emergency evacuations, training, cleanliness, supplies, and interdepartmental coordination. Serve as guest and staff escalation point and report incidents, maintenance, and shift recaps to venue leadership.

Manage the full lifecycle of private and special events for a restaurant/bar/entertainment venue: client communication, budgeting, BEO creation, staff supervision, event setup and execution, vendor coordination, inventory control, and post-event financials and reporting.
