Fellowship-trained glaucoma and cataract surgeon to join a high-volume practice in Greater Boston. Perform glaucoma and cataract surgeries, manage an established patient base, work with multispecialty teams, use advanced surgical centers and technologies, travel to satellite offices occasionally, participate in research and education, and pursue a partnership track after three years.

Provide ophthalmic clinical support under supervision: perform vision tests, tonometry, lensometry, refractometry, pupil and motility assessments, diagnostic testing, recordkeeping, and assist physicians. Participate in employer-sponsored training aiming for JCAHPO certification within 24 months.

Provide patient-facing ophthalmic testing and diagnostic support under supervision, including visual acuity/field testing, refraction, tonometry, lensometry, pupil and motility assessments, record maintenance, and participation in training toward JCAHPO certification.

Provide patient care support in an ophthalmology clinic: conduct visual acuity and field testing, lensometry, tonometry, pupil and motility assessments, assist physicians with diagnostic testing, maintain medical records, and participate in training toward JCAHPO certification within 24 months.

Provide ophthalmic patient care under supervision: perform vision tests, tonometry, lensometry, refractometry, pupil and motility assessments, diagnostic testing, recordkeeping, and participate in training toward JCAHPO certification within 24 months.

Provide ophthalmic clinical support under supervision: perform visual acuity/field testing, lensometry, refraction, tonometry, pupil and motility assessments, instill drops, maintain medical records, assist physicians with diagnostic testing, and complete employer training toward JCAHPO Certified Ophthalmic Assistant within 24 months.

Provide ophthalmic patient care under supervision: perform visual acuity and field testing, lensometry, autorefraction, pupil and motility assessments, tonometry, tonopen, eye drop instillation, diagnostic testing, maintain medical records, assist physicians, and participate in training toward JCAHPO certification within 24 months.

Under supervision, performs patient testing and basic ophthalmic procedures (visual acuity, visual fields, lensometry, refraction, tonometry, pupil and motility exams), maintains medical records, assists physicians, participates in diagnostic testing, and completes employer training aimed at JCAHPO Certified Ophthalmic Assistant certification within 24 months. Daytime weekday schedule; occasional travel to Boston/Waltham offices.
