Build and deploy statistical and machine-learning models for forecasting, risk prediction, retention, no-show prediction, experimentation, causal inference, and clinical outcomes. Partner with analytics engineering and technology teams to productionize models using monitored data pipelines. Own the reliability, availability, performance, observability, and security of Ophelia’s GCP telehealth platform. Define SLOs, improve monitoring and incident response, expand Terraform infrastructure, strengthen CI/CD, manage disaster recovery, and address latency and Cloud Run performance. Lead on-call maturity, HIPAA/SOC 2 infrastructure controls, and reliability education for engineers. Use AI-assisted tools for automation and incident triage while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead product experimentation and analytics across three product squads. Design experiments, define product metrics, analyze patient and clinician behavior, build dashboards, apply causal inference, and communicate actionable insights. Partner with product, engineering, design, clinical, operations, and data teams to improve instrumentation, data quality, and evidence-based healthcare product decisions.

Own operational support for a growing community partnerships team by tracking action items, maintaining playbooks and collateral, managing CRM data hygiene, monitoring dashboards, analyzing datasets, and coordinating data and product requests. The role partners with leadership, field representatives, and data and engineering teams to improve execution, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making.

Supports strategic finance for a multi-state healthcare startup, including monthly close, financial reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, ROI modeling, annual planning, forecasting, and board and lender deliverables. Partners with Operations, Technology, Marketing, People, and department leaders to explain financial performance, identify issues, and support company decision-making.

Build and manage community partnerships to drive high-volume referrals for telehealth OUD treatment. Prospect, close, and scale referral sources, manage CRM data and analytics, perform extensive field outreach, collect partner feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve referral pathways and patient access.
