Prospect, pitch, and nurture partners, conduct frequent field outreach, track performance in CRM, analyze conversion metrics, collect partner feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to remove referral barriers and scale program impact.

Support clinical operations by managing patient panel transitions and clinician scheduling, monitor and maintain dashboards and Google Sheets trackers, triage routine clinician requests one day per week, maintain SOPs and credentialing paperwork, and partner with data/engineering on analytics and dashboard improvements.
