Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure supporting an AI mortgage platform and SaaS product. Build Terraform-managed infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes workloads, and Argo CD GitOps deployments across primarily GCP and IBM Cloud. Support debugging and deployments, maintain secure secrets and identities, and ensure audit-ready compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST. Develop AI-native platform workflows, participate in office-hours on-call duties, and help define infrastructure direction as the company scales.

Own customer delivery for Oper’s mortgage SaaS platform across DACH. Responsibilities include running discovery workshops, documenting requirements, mapping needs to product capabilities, reviewing APIs and integration points, configuring mortgage workflows, coordinating acceptance testing, training users, and supporting go-live. The role requires fluent German and English, consulting experience, technical affinity, and an AI-native approach to documentation, analysis, and process automation.

Build and ship AI-first agentic prototypes for mortgage origination, engage clients to gather requirements and demo solutions, define scalable AI use cases, and own end-to-end delivery from prototype to production within a regulated banking environment.

Lead and run implementations of Herman and the Oper platform inside banks from kickoff to go-live. Build relationships across product, risk, IT and business; coordinate engineering, QA and product teams; translate architecture and compliance for clients; drive institutional change; inform product roadmap with field insights; use AI to build tools and reusable components; and help establish Oper's professional services organization.

Serve as the delivery lead for large lender clients: run discovery workshops, capture and map requirements, define integrations, configure the Oper platform, validate acceptance, train users, support go-live, and use AI tooling to accelerate documentation and analysis.

Focus on delivering shipped customer value and onboarding clients quickly.
