Build and ship AI-first agentic prototypes for mortgage origination, engage clients to gather requirements and demo solutions, define scalable AI use cases, and own end-to-end delivery from prototype to production within a regulated banking environment.

Lead and run implementations of Herman and the Oper platform inside banks from kickoff to go-live. Build relationships across product, risk, IT and business; coordinate engineering, QA and product teams; translate architecture and compliance for clients; drive institutional change; inform product roadmap with field insights; use AI to build tools and reusable components; and help establish Oper's professional services organization.

Provide responsive, technical customer support via Zendesk for a B2B SaaS mortgage platform. Investigate and triage bugs with product and engineering, keep customer configurations accurate, and proactively automate repetitive support tasks using AI tooling and macros. Monitor, document, and report support activities, continuously learn product updates, and improve support workflows to reduce manual tickets.
