Provide responsive, technical customer support via Zendesk for a B2B SaaS mortgage platform. Investigate and triage bugs with product and engineering, keep customer configurations accurate, and proactively automate repetitive support tasks using AI tooling and macros. Monitor, document, and report support activities, continuously learn product updates, and improve support workflows to reduce manual tickets.

Serve as the delivery lead for large lender clients: run discovery workshops, capture and map requirements, define integrations, configure the Oper platform, validate acceptance, train users, support go-live, and use AI tooling to accelerate documentation and analysis.

Own technical implementation for customer installations: configure acceptance/business rules, adapt contract templates, build integrations and micro-services, and extend product frameworks. Work across multiple clients, participate in client meetings and workshops, liaise with product, and use AI agents and agentic workflows to generate, test, and ship code rapidly. Focus on delivering shipped customer value and onboarding clients quickly.
