Lead and scale Production and Production Engineering functions to drive operational excellence, capacity planning, process improvement, quality and regulatory compliance. Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain and senior leadership on NPI, ERP/MRP and facility expansion while building high-performing teams, managing budgets and improving manufacturing systems to support growth in high-reliability defence products.

Lead financial management for the UK parent and US subsidiary, owning financial reporting, forecasting, controls, ERP optimisation (Infor CloudSuite), cross-border accounting, treasury, and team development. Provide strategic commercial support to the CFO/CEO, embed AI/automation, and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Senior People Partner providing operational HR support and employee relations expertise across the employee lifecycle. Advise and coach managers on ER cases, performance, probation and development; improve people policies, HR processes and systems; maintain HR data and support payroll; use people insights to drive continuous improvement; contribute to people projects and organisational change to support growth and enable a high-performing culture.

Design and prototype PCBs and electronics for electro-optical defence systems. Perform schematic capture, hardware debugging, EMC-aware design, component management, field trials support, and mentor junior engineers to deliver production-ready electronics.
