Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound international shipments, coordinate freight forwarders and customs brokers, prepare export documentation, support export licensing and export control compliance (Military List/Dual-Use), administer ATA Carnets and dangerous goods shipments, maintain audit-ready records, and drive continuous improvement in logistics and trade compliance.

Manage an international customer portfolio, grow existing accounts, own sales opportunities from identification to contract and delivery, support product integration and onboarding, represent the company at meetings and events, and build long-term trusted customer relationships to maximise commercial value.

Support production and NPI by improving build efficiency, creating processes, performing root-cause analysis, training technicians, designing jigs/fixtures, commissioning FAT equipment, and producing production-ready documentation.

Design, develop and own real-time embedded C++ software and system architecture for electro-optical defence and surveillance systems. Collaborate with hardware, mechanical and systems engineers, manage full software lifecycle, perform code reviews, and deliver production releases in an R&D environment.
