Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound international shipments, coordinate freight forwarders and customs brokers, prepare export documentation, support export licensing and export control compliance (Military List/Dual-Use), administer ATA Carnets and dangerous goods shipments, maintain audit-ready records, and drive continuous improvement in logistics and trade compliance.

Graduate engineers will design, test and validate integrated mechanical, electronic and software systems for defence applications. Work on live projects, create test plans, troubleshoot issues, collaborate across disciplines, and develop skills using industry-standard engineering tools under mentor guidance.

Lead and scale Production and Production Engineering functions to drive operational excellence, capacity planning, process improvement, quality and regulatory compliance. Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain and senior leadership on NPI, ERP/MRP and facility expansion while building high-performing teams, managing budgets and improving manufacturing systems to support growth in high-reliability defence products.

Support the finance function by processing sales and purchase ledgers, performing bank reconciliations, assisting month-end accruals/prepayments, maintaining records, supporting audits, and providing ad-hoc finance team support.

Perform hands-on materials handling, workshop and goods-in/dispatch support to assist production and assembly teams. Maintain workshop housekeeping, move stock, help technicians, and provide ad-hoc support to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.
