Provide high-level support to the CEO, including diary, travel, meetings, expenses, correspondence, presentations, and executive materials. Leads business development across North America for counter-UAS technology, owning strategy, campaigns, bids, proposals, contract wins, partnerships, and market growth. Represents the company to defense, security, government, and military customers through presentations, demonstrations, and stakeholder meetings. Requires defense-sector expertise, strong sales and campaign-development results, technical communication skills, relationship-building ability, travel, legal compliance, and eligibility for security clearance.

Manage and improve business systems, data, workflows, and technology-enabled processes across departments. Gather requirements, coordinate system development and implementation, oversee system performance and lifecycle, support user adoption, develop business intelligence, and evaluate practical AI opportunities. Partner with departmental leaders, IT teams, and suppliers to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, data accuracy, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.

Own IT operations across UK and USA environments, including managed support oversight, infrastructure and network management, Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, IT project delivery, capacity planning, business continuity, and incident response. The role also supports security compliance, hardware budgeting, supplier management, and scalable office expansions while serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

Lead the IT function for a growing defence engineering business, overseeing team development, service delivery, technology strategy, infrastructure, security, systems, AI adoption, international operations, budgets, and external partners. The role requires scaling secure and resilient technology across UK and US operations, aligning IT investments with business objectives, and driving improvements in data integration, automation, collaboration, and user experience. The successful candidate will be an experienced IT leader able to obtain security clearance.

Support production and NPI by improving build efficiency, creating processes, performing root-cause analysis, training technicians, designing jigs/fixtures, commissioning FAT equipment, and producing production-ready documentation.

Design, develop and own real-time embedded C++ software and system architecture for electro-optical defence and surveillance systems. Collaborate with hardware, mechanical and systems engineers, manage full software lifecycle, perform code reviews, and deliver production releases in an R&D environment.
