The role requires strong C++ and real-time embedded experience, technical leadership, team development, and delivery management in complex product environments.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of more than 10 mechanical, electronics, and systems engineers. Set engineering standards, manage delivery across projects, guide complex technical decisions, and oversee product development from concept through prototyping, verification, new product introduction, and manufacture. The role requires strong systems thinking, lifecycle delivery experience, people leadership, and collaboration across software, autonomy, product, and operations teams.

Coordinate recruitment interviews, adverts, applications, careers enquiries, right-to-work records, security-vetting documentation, and onboarding activities. Prepare materials, arrange introductions, support recruitment events, produce vacancy updates and reports, maintain data quality, and improve ATS workflows and candidate communications. The role also supports employer-brand initiatives, hiring-manager feedback, and process improvements while providing occasional front-of-house cover.
