Temporary role to build, execute, and optimize cross-channel lifecycle programs across email and in-app messaging using Marketo and Pendo. Own audience segmentation, triggers, automation, and orchestration with RevOps and SFDC to drive activation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Develop and execute communications strategies, manage media and crisis response, oversee partnership and product storytelling (including AI), prepare executives, and enforce governance and KPI reporting tied to business outcomes.
