Develop, support and integrate OPENLANE UK on-premises, cloud, and web portal solutions. Deliver full‑stack features, coordinate deployments via DevOps, follow coding standards, and collaborate with architects, risk, and business stakeholders to meet product requirements.

Own and modernize hosted and hybrid infrastructure: manage Microsoft stack, run hosted/Azure services, drive automation with Terraform and scripting, enable containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), improve CI/CD and monitoring, and ensure performance, reliability, and security.

Develop, maintain and support Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV solutions. Design, code, debug, test and document applications, perform full lifecycle development, integrate via REST/SOAP, conduct code reviews, investigate defects, mentor junior developers, and translate business requirements into production-ready systems.

Manage and grow Dutch B2B customer accounts by recruiting, onboarding, reactivating inactive dealers, running call campaigns, presenting product demos, and supporting market reporting and periodic customer visits to drive sales growth.

Manage end-to-end vehicle auctions: select and prepare vehicles, set competitive pricing, monitor performance, follow up on bids, perform risk analyses, and advise sellers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams.

Lead the UK finance relationship with Stellantis, manage the finance team, produce accurate management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, KPIs and ad-hoc reports, ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, deliver financial insights, and drive process and technology improvements to support growth and efficiency.
