Own and modernize hosted and hybrid infrastructure: manage Microsoft stack, run hosted/Azure services, drive automation with Terraform and scripting, enable containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), improve CI/CD and monitoring, and ensure performance, reliability, and security.

Develop, maintain and support Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV solutions. Design, code, debug, test and document applications, perform full lifecycle development, integrate via REST/SOAP, conduct code reviews, investigate defects, mentor junior developers, and translate business requirements into production-ready systems.

Proactively engage and support existing and former retailers via outbound calls and emails, re‑engage inactive accounts, describe Spoticar stock, run targeted call campaigns, meet and exceed sales targets, and occasionally travel for customer visits while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develop, support and integrate OPENLANE UK on-premises, cloud, and web portal solutions. Deliver full‑stack features, coordinate deployments via DevOps, follow coding standards, and collaborate with architects, risk, and business stakeholders to meet product requirements.
