Own and modernize hosted and hybrid infrastructure: manage Microsoft stack, run hosted/Azure services, drive automation with Terraform and scripting, enable containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), improve CI/CD and monitoring, and ensure performance, reliability, and security.

Develop, maintain and support Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV solutions. Design, code, debug, test and document applications, perform full lifecycle development, integrate via REST/SOAP, conduct code reviews, investigate defects, mentor junior developers, and translate business requirements into production-ready systems.

Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration across multiple European countries, legal entities, and employee populations. Maintain accurate employee data in Workday, support employee lifecycle activities, and advise employees, managers, and HR colleagues. Manage relationships with payroll providers, insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders while supporting reporting, audits, compliance, process improvements, and business continuity.
