Lead OpenFX’s commercial legal function and deal desk, managing global contracting, templates, negotiation playbooks, approval processes, and contract lifecycle systems. Advise Go-to-Market, Product, Compliance, and Regulatory Legal teams on payments, pricing, liability, settlement, funds flow, and customer agreements. Develop AI-enabled workflows for contract review and clause comparison, support partnerships with financial institutions, and help build the commercial legal function at a fast-growing fintech.

Lead a 10+ person DevOps team responsible for cloud infrastructure, resilience, compliance, CI/CD, observability, incident response, cloud costs, and platform delivery. Define the roadmap and engineering standards, manage multi-region and multi-cloud systems, lead failover and audit-readiness programs, support production incidents, and develop team talent through hiring, performance management, and coaching.

Leads institutional client success across MENA, focusing on retention, account growth, FX trading optimization, onboarding, and issue resolution. Builds and manages the regional client success team, establishes operating processes, analyzes trading data, develops client growth strategies, and collaborates with trading, product, and technical teams.
