Leads institutional client success across MENA, focusing on retention, account growth, FX trading optimization, onboarding, and issue resolution. Builds and manages the regional client success team, establishes operating processes, analyzes trading data, develops client growth strategies, and collaborates with trading, product, and technical teams. Serves as the primary relationship manager for institutional FX clients while coordinating integrations, training, reporting, and feedback-driven improvements.

Lead the Data Engineering team and own the company’s lakehouse, ingestion pipelines, orchestration, data quality, governance, reliability, cost controls, and self-service data platform. Manage batch, streaming, and change-data-capture systems serving financial data at scale. Ensure compliance with regulated-environment requirements, support machine learning data foundations, contribute hands-on code and debugging, and grow the engineering team through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
