The Compliance Analyst will ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, create policies, and monitor compliance within the fintech and crypto sector.

Partnering with the CEO, the Chief of Staff runs the executive operating system, enforces cross-functional prioritization, drives planning cycles and decision closure, surfaces unfiltered signal, builds internal narratives and playbooks, and leads high-impact projects end-to-end to enable reliable execution during rapid scaling.

The Partnerships Lead will develop global strategies for partnerships in banking and crypto sectors, drive revenue, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead a partnerships team.
