Manages contractor payroll settlement operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing and fund disbursement. Leads, mentors, and evaluates the payments team; monitors submissions, resolves payroll issues, performs quality reviews, and improves processes. Maintains client and internal relationships, supports onboarding transitions, analyzes payroll reports, oversees related invoicing, and leads collections for outstanding balances.

Guide independent contractors through onboarding and enrollment for client implementations while providing phone, chat, and email support. Track enrollment progress, resolve complaints, escalate priority issues, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, document cases, provide software support and user training, and deliver project updates. The role also compiles data, analyzes results, supports process improvements, and serves as a subject matter expert for assigned programs or systems.

Provides phone, email, and chat support to SaaS clients; manages client data, vendor onboarding, troubleshooting, system testing, Jira issue tracking, escalations, and follow-up. Builds client relationships, supports product adoption, contributes to knowledge-base materials, analyzes support trends, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve processes and product functionality.
