Execute end-to-end listing workflows and handle exceptions and escalations outside automated processes. QC photos, data, descriptions, and documents; validate AI outputs; manage high-volume cases to deadlines; triage and escalate listing issues across teams; cross-train on workflows; identify process gaps and recommend tooling or workflow improvements.

Provide accurate valuations and risk assessments for single-family homes using internal tools and pricing model outputs. Incorporate local market knowledge, collaborate with sales, homes, data science and engineering to improve pricing operations and ensure competitive, consistent offers.

Lead federal, state, and indirect tax reporting and compliance, including tax provisions, returns, audits, planning, R&D tax credits, controls, journal entries, and technical documentation. Partner with internal teams and external advisors on tax initiatives while using AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code to improve research, analysis, calculations, and workflows. The role requires a CPA, corporate tax expertise, strong knowledge of US GAAP, and in-person work four days weekly near San Francisco.
