Own indirect procurement and commercial contracting from intake through signature, negotiating MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and SaaS agreements. Manage purchasing workflows and POs in Ramp or similar platforms, improve spend visibility and vendor performance, assess commercial and contractual risk, and escalate material issues. Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams while using automation and AI to improve contract review and procurement operations.

Owns end-to-end commercial negotiations and procurement workflows across indirect spend, including IT/SaaS, professional services, marketing, HR, and corporate vendors. Manages contracts, purchase requests, POs, supplier performance, renewals, risk escalation, and commercial terms while partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams. Uses procurement platforms, automation, and AI to improve contract velocity, spend visibility, compliance, and vendor performance.

Build and deploy AI agents, automations, dashboards, and data products supporting compensation, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Analyze ambiguous people and compensation questions, validate data quality, support benchmarking and leveling projects, and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations. The role also partners with HRIS administrators, improves Rippling-based workflows, supports recruiting analytics, and proactively prepares tools for major HR cycles.
