Responsibilities include facilities checks, front desk and visitor support, mail and inventory management, employee onboarding logistics, events and hospitality, vendor and contractor coordination, building management, workplace documentation, and emergency response. The role is fully onsite, hands-on, and focused on maintaining a welcoming, functional, and well-organized office while supporting rapid growth.

Supports US and Canadian multi-entity payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, quarter- and year-end audits, and equity events including RSU vestings, option exercises, and ESPP purchases.
