Partner with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition while proactively preparing tools for major HR cycles.

Own Canadian corporate income tax, GST/HST, transfer pricing, tax reporting, and tax authority relationships while contributing to US tax provision, compliance, month-end close, and public-company reporting. The role requires deep Canadian and cross-border tax expertise, CPA credentials, strong technical judgment, and experience improving tax workflows through AI tools. This is an in-person position based in downtown Toronto four days per week.

Build machine learning, causal inference, optimization, and decision systems supporting customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, marketing measurement, and conversion. Meets performance and customer satisfaction goals while working a Friday-Tuesday schedule, including evenings and weekends, with four in-office days per week in Tempe.

Manage a portfolio of residential real estate inventory by setting listing prices, adjusting prices, evaluating resale offers, and owning asset-level P&L. Analyze demand, buyer feedback, market events, seasonality, and performance data to optimize resale strategies, manage risk, and improve portfolio outcomes. Override model recommendations when appropriate and provide feedback to enhance pricing algorithms, models, and portfolio-management tools.

Execute and optimize seller lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push using Iterable. Senior Accountant responsible for month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, and SOX/internal controls support. Drive automation using AI and scripting, mentor junior staff, support audits, and manage multi-currency/intercompany transactions to improve close efficiency.

The Sr. Accountant will join a team at Opendoor and will be responsible for managing financial activities related to homeownership and working in a dynamic environment.

Owns Opendoor’s end-to-end SEO strategy across seller and buyer experiences. Responsibilities include technical SEO, search-intent prioritization, content strategy, AI search visibility, SEO reporting, and organic acquisition growth. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Content, and Performance Marketing to improve crawlability, rendering, page speed, structured data, rankings, traffic, account creates, and conversions. It also develops AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, content operations, audits, and scalable SEO execution.

Supports US and Canadian multi-entity payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, quarter- and year-end audits, and equity events including RSU vestings, option exercises, and ESPP purchases. Prepares journal entries and reconciliations, responds to employee inquiries, and partners on system enhancements and process automation using AI. The role requires onsite work four days per week in Phoenix or Toronto.

Execute end-to-end listing workflows and handle exceptions and escalations outside automated processes. QC photos, data, descriptions, and documents; validate AI outputs; manage high-volume cases to deadlines; triage and escalate listing issues across teams; cross-train on workflows; identify process gaps and recommend tooling or workflow improvements.
