Lead business analysis across projects: plan and deliver BA artefacts, advise consultants, liaise with stakeholders, shape requirements management, coach junior BAs, ensure compliance with quality and security policies, and work within agile teams to deliver government and commercial services. Requires active SC.

Lead workplace operations, health & safety, supplier and property management across multiple locations. Own standards, governance, budgets and a small workplace team while partnering with IT, Finance and business stakeholders to improve employee experience and compliance.

Provide 1st/2nd-line IT support across the business, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage tickets in an ITSM, administer user accounts and permissions, support Microsoft 365, macOS/Windows and assist onboarding and tech rollouts onsite at HQ.
