Lead workplace operations, health & safety, supplier and property management across multiple locations. Own standards, governance, budgets and a small workplace team while partnering with IT, Finance and business stakeholders to improve employee experience and compliance.

Provide administrative and coordination support for external marketing and internal communications. Manage Jira workflows, event logistics (Eventbrite), social media scheduling, supplier coordination, stock and invitations. Support internal/external event delivery, amplify internal comms, proofread go-to-market materials, and help track marketing metrics and CRM/mailing lists.
