Leads OpenAI’s treasury markets function, including corporate liquidity investment strategy, FX and interest-rate hedging, debt and capital markets, and enterprise market-risk programs. Oversees portfolio construction, derivatives execution, counterparty management, risk frameworks, financial modeling, and executive or Board-level recommendations. Partners with Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Engineering, Data, and Product teams while developing AI-enabled treasury workflows and governance.

Design and evaluate rigorous People research studies involving recruiting, organizational health, manager effectiveness, employee experience, and talent outcomes. Apply statistical modeling, causal inference, experimentation, psychometrics, and machine learning. Build governed, privacy-preserving research datasets, analytical pipelines, validation workflows, self-service tools, and scalable research standards. Communicate actionable findings to senior leaders and technical partners while protecting sensitive employee data.

Define pricing frameworks, discounting guardrails, and commercial constructs for sales-managed segments. Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal to build executable proposals, analyze tradeoffs, and support high-impact monetization decisions that balance customer value and unit economics.
