Serve as the post-sale technical lead for education institutions, driving adoption of OpenAI products via configuration, integrations, enablement, deployment roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, and measurable value realization across academic and administrative workflows.

Lead go-to-market strategy for new ChatGPT capabilities, coordinating product, brand, creative, media, partnerships, lifecycle, and international teams to drive launch, adoption, retention, and paid growth. Shape positioning, measurement, investment priorities, and launch-to-sustain plans that translate technical features into clear consumer value.

Lead development of academic research partnerships and programs to drive adoption of OpenAI products (Pro, Codex, API, ChatGPT Edu). Identify and qualify funded labs, run discovery, design and operate phased access and fellows programs, manage pilots, remove technical and institutional blockers, create community programming, capture product feedback, and build repeatable expansion paths from individual researchers to institution-wide adoption.
