Leads technical consulting and implementation projects for government and NGO partners. The role involves analyzing business processes and ambiguous datasets, conducting discovery workshops, designing data integrations and workflow automation solutions, performing API discovery, coordinating with engineers, delivering OpenFn implementations, and training partner teams. Strong communication, stakeholder management, technical implementation, and project delivery skills are essential, with international travel required at least twice annually.

Own and grow a portfolio of subscription customers across retention, renewals, expansion, adoption, and satisfaction. Serve as a technically fluent trusted advisor, lead QBRs, coordinate delivery and escalations, manage account health and forecasts, and build OpenFn’s program management playbooks, processes, and tooling while supporting migration to a subscription model.

Own and grow a portfolio of subscription customers across LATAM, driving retention, renewals, expansion, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor capable of discussing APIs, integrations, data workflows, and automation with technical and executive stakeholders. Lead QBRs, account planning, forecasting, escalations, and cross-functional delivery coordination. Build the company’s first program management function, including playbooks, health scoring, CRM processes, and migration from project-based services to subscriptions.

Leads OpenFn’s global Services organization, overseeing delivery quality, financial accountability, team leadership, technical scoping, strategic consulting, and client negotiations. The role supports government and NGO implementations, advises on digital transformation and AI adoption, manages implementation partners, and helps transition the business from project-based consulting to a subscription-centered delivery model. It also oversees portfolio performance, service playbooks, SLA adherence, hiring, and leadership development across a fully remote international team.

Own and grow OpenFn’s implementation partner and reseller network globally, initially across Sub-Saharan Africa. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding partners, negotiating agreements, enabling partners to sell and implement the platform, driving partner-generated revenue, managing pipelines, coordinating internal support, and building a scalable certification and partner community program.

Lead OpenFn’s fundraising function from the ground up, developing strategy, building foundation and major-donor relationships, managing the funding pipeline, securing significant multi-year gifts and grants, and producing compelling proposals and reports. The role also engages Digital Public Goods and Digital Public Infrastructure policy communities, translates technical work into funder-focused narratives, establishes fundraising systems, and reports progress to leadership. This is a remote contractor role requiring 20–40% international travel.

Build and operate backend services for OpenFn’s government and NGO workflow automation platform. Design scalable architectures, connected-system registration, credential sharing, and reliable workflow workers. Shape backend architecture through technical proposals, code reviews, documentation, and engineering conventions. Strengthen security through improved trust boundaries, isolation, and credential handling. Work independently in a distributed team as an individual contributor.

Lead full-cycle new-business sales to governments and NGOs across Latin America and the Caribbean. Build and manage prospect pipelines, conduct technical platform demonstrations, qualify opportunities, develop solutions with product and services teams, negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure implementation handoffs. The role also expands regional relationships, represents OpenFn at industry events, gathers market feedback, and requires fluent English and Spanish communication with 20–40% travel.

Own OpenFn’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, website, content, SEO, demand generation, events, and ecosystem relationships across Africa and Latin America. Generate qualified leads, report on pipeline contribution and ROI, develop case studies and campaigns, establish marketing analytics and CRM processes, and build the marketing function. This is a hands-on, remote role focused on governments, implementation partners, funders, and digital public goods communities.
