Lead the architecture and development of complex headless, omnichannel BigCommerce solutions. Design scalable storefronts and integrations using React, Next.js, and related technologies; establish development standards; review code and designs; troubleshoot frontend, backend, API, and cloud issues; optimize performance; and mentor developers. Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise eCommerce implementations.

Lead UX and UI design for enterprise eCommerce experiences across administrative portals and customer-facing mobile storefronts. Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, responsive interfaces, and scalable Figma design systems. Improve usability, accessibility, and conversion journeys while collaborating with product owners and developers. Document component behavior and implementation specifications, and create digital assets including icons, illustrations, and CMS themes.
