Sr. Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Web Designer to lead the UX and UI design of enterprise eCommerce experiences. You will transform strategic ideas into visually compelling designs that align with our business objectives.  

This role is responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences across both desktop administrative portals and mobile-first customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate combines advanced UI/UX design and design-system expertise with a deep understanding of enterprise eCommerce workflows. 

Primary Responsibilities:  

• Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive and scalable web designs. 

• Design intuitive desktop experiences for administrative and mobile-first experiences for customer-facing storefronts. 

• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs using Figma. 

• Create and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, design patterns, and libraries in Figma. 

• Design responsive mobile experiences with particular attention to accessibility, content hierarchy, and conversion-oriented shopping journeys. 

• Apply usability principles to identify friction points and improve workflows throughout the customer and administrative experiences. 

• Collaborate with product owners to define product branding and craft visual narratives using the Story Brand framework. 

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with platform capabilities. 

• Provide detailed specifications, component states, responsive behavior, interactions, and other documentation required for accurate implementation. 

• Create digital assets such as icons, illustrations, web page CMS theme designs, while ensuring high standards of typography, layout, color balance, and overall visual consistency. 

Required Skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering. 

• At least 8 years of previous experience in web design. 

• At least 4 years of previous experience working with enterprise companies. 

• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, variables, libraries, prototyping, and design-system management. 

• Proven experience owning the complete UX process, including information architecture, user flows, wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff. 

• Deep understanding of enterprise eCommerce UX patterns and shopping workflows, including product discovery, catalogs, search, product detail, pricing, cart, checkout, accounts, and order management. 

• Experience designing dealer-based workflows involving different user types, permissions, catalogs, pricing, inventory, or purchasing experiences. 

• Proven experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries. 

• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles, including WCAG. 

• Ability to create detailed, implementation-ready designs that clearly communicate component behavior, states, interactions, and responsive requirements to developers. 

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

• Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level or higher).   

Nice To Have: 

• Experience designing experiences for BigCommerce or similar. 

• Familiarity with headless and composable commerce concepts. 

• Experience with eCommerce experimentation, conversion optimization, and behavioral analytics. 

• Experience using AI-assisted design and research tools to accelerate ideation, analysis, and design workflows while maintaining design quality and consistency. 

• Previous experience creating Search Engine optimized designs and digital assets. 

Portfolio Content  

• Enterprise eCommerce design experience such as Dealer-Network OEM Sites especially for Agricultural & Compact Construction Machinery.
