The Principal Infrastructure Engineer designs and evolves infrastructure for production services, focusing on high availability, reliability, and automation while leading technical solutions and cross-team collaboration.

Run tailored live demos and PoC deployments, support sales and growth teams with technical answers, assist with RFPs/security questionnaires, onboard and train complex accounts, create self-service adoption resources, and relay customer feedback to Product/Engineering.

Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for Ooma Enterprise onboarding. Project-manage provisioning, installation, and configuration, guide customers through onboarding, troubleshoot or escalate technical issues, set expectations, coordinate internal teams (Sales, Engineering), and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring timely, on-spec delivery.
