Engage existing insurance clients in retention discussions, manage cancellations, lapses, arrears, and follow-up backlogs, and refer qualified leads to Capital Legacy. The role requires achieving daily and monthly retention and lead-generation targets, supporting new insurance product sales, compiling accurate reports, and maintaining strong service, communication, and data-quality standards.

Lead end-to-end short-term insurance claims operations, overseeing an outsourced Claims Administrator, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong financial controls, and high-quality customer experience. Manage complaints, governance, reporting, process improvement, SLA/SOP implementation, and stakeholder engagement while developing the claims team.

Supports the full employee lifecycle through recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, employee queries, learning and development coordination, HR reporting, engagement initiatives, and People & Culture projects. The intern will receive mentorship while contributing to process innovation and automation. The role requires confidentiality, attention to detail, initiative, teamwork, and an interest in building an HR career.
