The CRM Technology Lead manages the Zoho CRM platform, optimizing customer journeys, ensuring data integrity, supporting automation, and driving platform adoption across business units.

Analyze digital customer journeys, product performance, conversion funnels, and customer behavior to define requirements, KPIs, tracking specifications, and optimization opportunities. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, dashboards, and functional specifications; support feature delivery, A/B testing, experimentation, and post-launch measurement. Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and business stakeholders to improve customer and business outcomes through evidence-based product decisions.
