Identify and qualify new hospitality prospects, follow up MQLs to create SQLs, support revenue growth through consultative selling, maintain Salesforce CRM and KPIs, collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations to drive pipeline conversion.

Serve as primary client contact for Onyx products, handling inquiries via phone/email/ticketing, troubleshooting application issues, managing cases in Salesforce, escalating via Jira, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, meeting SLAs, and improving client experience.

Perform payment matching and reconciliation, handle manual revenue-optimization tasks, generate client reports, improve data quality, escalate system issues, liaise with internal teams, and identify automation and performance improvements to meet KPIs.

Support Operations Intern will verify and maintain master data (account names, addresses, emails, tax details), perform regular data reviews and cleaning, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, document data quality issues, and assist with data entry and improvement initiatives.

Drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business in Australia. Manage full sales cycle, respond to inbound leads, develop strategic sales plans, negotiate complex deals, track opportunities in Salesforce, and coordinate with operations for smooth client onboarding. Meet operational KPIs and travel for market activities and conferences.
