Design, configure, and maintain workflows, automations, rules, and platform configurations for enterprise clients. Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Managed Services to implement, optimize, troubleshoot, document, and train users to drive adoption and operational efficiency.

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, design APIs and data models, work with Elasticsearch and MongoDB, optimize performance for high-volume data, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and own features through design, deployment, and support.

Lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central U.S., managing five Enterprise AEs. Own regional revenue targets, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution.
