Own Ontic’s integrations product roadmap, including API contracts, canonical data models, integration frameworks, marketplaces, developer experience, and self-service capabilities. Partner with engineering, architecture, GTM, and customer teams to launch scalable, monetizable integrations. Prioritize connectors and platform capabilities, define metrics, conduct competitive benchmarking, and identify AI-enabled integration opportunities.

Owns cross-product product management for Ontic’s security software portfolio. Responsibilities include setting priorities and roadmaps, leading customer discovery, identifying AI and automation opportunities, translating insights into requirements and backlogs, driving feature delivery with engineering and design, improving agile processes, and coordinating cross-product strategic initiatives.

Provide SaaS platform support by managing tickets from intake through resolution, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting solutions, monitoring support metrics, and escalating complex problems to development. Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, and engineering teams while maintaining client communications and knowledge resources. The role is Austin-based with a hybrid schedule from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Central Time.

Owns daily Pune office operations, including vendor, facilities, security, expenses, events, and workplace services. Coordinates visitor travel, maintenance, office support staff, interviews, onboarding, and employee needs while partnering with remote People, Finance, and facilities teams. The role requires onsite presence five days per week, strong organization, stakeholder management, vendor and budget oversight, and proficiency with workplace, HRIS, ticketing, and AI tools.

Leads centralized revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, SDR, Partner, and Solutions Consulting functions. Partners with the CRO on planning, forecasting, territory design, quotas, pipeline health, and executive reporting. Oversees revenue operations, enablement, systems, data governance, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional operating cadences. Builds and manages a multifunctional team while scaling GTM processes, technology, and AI-enabled infrastructure.

Designs and executes front-end, API, integration, regression, exploratory, and automation testing. Owns quality for assigned features from requirements through production readiness, supports CI/CD and system integration, manages defects, communicates release risks, and identifies automation opportunities. Collaborates with product and development teams, reviews acceptance criteria and testability, maintains coverage for Commercial and FedRAMP customers, reviews other engineers’ work, shares best practices, and mentors junior QA engineers.

Drive full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales across an assigned Fortune 1000 territory, from prospecting and qualification through demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closure. Build pipeline, exceed revenue targets, manage forecasts in Salesforce, develop executive relationships, present consultative value propositions, and collaborate internally to support customer retention and value realization.

Provides hands-on, on-site IT support for Ontic’s Pune office, including network deployment and troubleshooting, endpoint administration, office buildout coordination, physical security systems, compliance documentation, inventory, and conference room technology. Supports macOS, Windows, Android, Linux, Jamf, Intune, network infrastructure, security tooling, vendors, and office technology while coordinating with centralized IT, InfoSec, Facilities, and other teams.

Lead architecture and operation of secure, scalable Kubernetes platforms across AWS and AWS GovCloud. Own DevSecOps, zero-trust security, Terraform and GitOps automation, observability, reliability, disaster recovery, FinOps, and FedRAMP compliance. Design multi-tenant and dedicated environments, optimize distributed systems, implement AIOps, mentor engineers, and partner with Security and Engineering on platform strategy.

Leads a team of 5–6 product designers, coordinating work allocation, delivery, engineering and product partnerships, team health, process improvement, and design operations. Manages career growth, performance reviews, coaching, hiring, and team capacity planning. Establishes standards for AI-assisted design work and may contribute hands-on design when needed.

Design, build, and deploy scalable full-stack features across Java backends and React frontends. Lead technical design and architectural decisions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, resolve performance and security issues, support production systems, and help prioritize technical debt.

Lead architecture and technical strategy across multiple engineering teams and systems. Design scalable Java and React solutions, distributed data systems, APIs, and high-performance applications. Establish engineering standards, improve performance, scalability, security, and DevOps practices, and own major initiatives through long-term operations. Mentor engineers and technical leaders, collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, and evaluate tools and frameworks that improve organization-wide engineering effectiveness.

Lead strategic, post-sale relationships for Fortune 500 clients, driving onboarding, product adoption, executive engagement, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, build success plans and ROI metrics, lead executive reviews, mitigate churn risks, and influence product and operational improvements across cross-functional teams.
