Design, build, and deploy scalable full-stack features across Java backends and React frontends. Lead technical design and architectural decisions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, resolve performance and security issues, support production systems, and help prioritize technical debt.

Own Product Operations within Revenue Operations, aligning Product, GTM, and revenue teams through shared systems, processes, reporting, and operating cadences. Manage product usage analytics, data governance, roadmap ROI measurement, revenue targets, field-feedback prioritization, and client commitment tracking. Administer Pendo and coordinate tool, data, and workflow alignment across Salesforce, JIRA, and GTM systems. Build scalable processes from scratch and provide strategic insights to Product and company leadership.

Establish and scale Ontic’s European commercial presence by developing the regional go-to-market strategy, securing strategic enterprise software wins, building operational processes, forecasting revenue, and creating a scalable sales organization. The role leads complex deal cycles, partners cross-functionally on marketing, product, legal, finance, and operations, represents Ontic with executive stakeholders, and hires and develops a high-performing regional team. Extensive travel across Europe is expected.

Build and ship tested full-stack features across frontend and backend systems with guidance from senior engineers. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment; write clean code, participate in reviews, troubleshoot issues, contribute to technical discussions, and continuously develop expertise through feedback and mentorship.

Lead architecture and technical strategy across multiple engineering teams and systems. Design scalable Java and React solutions, distributed data systems, APIs, and high-performance applications. Establish engineering standards, improve performance, scalability, security, and DevOps practices, and own major initiatives through long-term operations. Mentor engineers and technical leaders, collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, and evaluate tools and frameworks that improve organization-wide engineering effectiveness.

Lead strategic, post-sale relationships for Fortune 500 clients, driving onboarding, product adoption, executive engagement, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, build success plans and ROI metrics, lead executive reviews, mitigate churn risks, and influence product and operational improvements across cross-functional teams.

Lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central U.S., managing five Enterprise AEs. Own regional revenue targets, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution. Coach and develop the team, engage personally in strategic accounts, and partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, CS, Legal, Finance) to drive growth. Represent Ontic at industry events and drive regional market development. Travel extensively across the region.

Drive frontend architecture, shared platforms, and engineering standards across product teams. Define component patterns, state management, performance and accessibility standards, evolve design systems, mentor engineers, and lead cross-team initiatives to improve consistency, scalability, developer experience, and maintainability of large-scale SaaS frontend applications.

Lead the maturation of Ontic’s AWS cloud security program by designing and automating security controls, integrating security into CI/CD workflows, improving cloud monitoring and detection, and developing continuous evidence collection for FedRAMP and other compliance initiatives. Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams on secure architecture, cloud best practices, regulated SaaS environments, and measurable security improvements.

Lead the integrations product roadmap, define API contracts and canonical data models, improve developer experience, partner with engineering and GTM to build scalable API-first and low/no-code integrations, prioritize monetizable connectors, and use data and AI-enabled workflows to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Drive frontend architecture and shared platforms across product teams to improve consistency, scalability, and developer experience. Lead adoption of component libraries, state management patterns, tooling, performance and observability standards. Mentor engineers, lead cross-team initiatives, reduce duplication via reusable solutions, and influence technical direction to improve frontend reliability and velocity.

Lead frontend development of complex UI features using React and TypeScript. Own end-to-end delivery, frontend architecture, performance, testing, and integration with backend APIs. Mentor junior engineers, drive code quality and best practices, and resolve production issues while collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend teams.

Provide front-line technical support and onboarding for Ontic's SaaS platform: manage help-desk tickets, resolve client issues, liaise with product and development, create support documentation, report on support metrics, update knowledge portal, and proactively engage clients to ensure exceptional post-sale experiences.

Serve as the primary product representative for engineering teams: translate roadmap into detailed epics and user stories, manage and prioritize the backlog, refine requirements, support sprint planning and acceptance testing, and drive alignment across Product, UX, QA, and Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, design APIs and data models, work with Elasticsearch and MongoDB, optimize performance for high-volume data, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and own features through design, deployment, and support.

Serve as the primary product representative for engineering teams: translate roadmap into user stories and acceptance criteria, manage and prioritize the backlog, lead refinement and sprint planning, collaborate with UX/QA/Engineering, identify risks and dependencies, support UAT and release readiness, and continuously improve delivery processes to ensure predictable, high-quality releases.
