Owns daily Pune office operations, including vendor, facilities, security, expenses, events, and workplace services. Coordinates visitor travel, maintenance, office support staff, interviews, onboarding, and employee needs while partnering with remote People, Finance, and facilities teams. The role requires onsite presence five days per week, strong organization, stakeholder management, vendor and budget oversight, and proficiency with workplace, HRIS, ticketing, and AI tools.

Leads centralized revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, SDR, Partner, and Solutions Consulting functions. Partners with the CRO on planning, forecasting, territory design, quotas, pipeline health, and executive reporting. Oversees revenue operations, enablement, systems, data governance, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional operating cadences. Builds and manages a multifunctional team while scaling GTM processes, technology, and AI-enabled infrastructure.

Own Product Operations within Revenue Operations, aligning Product, GTM, and revenue teams through shared systems, processes, reporting, and operating cadences. Manage product usage analytics, data governance, roadmap ROI measurement, revenue targets, field-feedback prioritization, and client commitment tracking. Administer Pendo and coordinate tool, data, and workflow alignment across Salesforce, JIRA, and GTM systems. Build scalable processes from scratch and provide strategic insights to Product and company leadership.
