Leads a team of 5–6 product designers, coordinating work allocation, delivery, engineering and product partnerships, team health, process improvement, and design operations. Manages career growth, performance reviews, coaching, hiring, and team capacity planning. Establishes standards for AI-assisted design work and may contribute hands-on design when needed.

Leads the frontend engineering function across multiple teams, setting technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and delivery practices. Oversees React and TypeScript development, scalability, security, accessibility, performance, testing, and developer experience. Builds and develops high-performing teams, coaches technical leaders, manages hiring and succession planning, and partners with Product, Design, Platform, Security, and business stakeholders to align frontend initiatives with organizational priorities.

Supports cloud infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting across AWS and GCP, develops Python and Bash automation, assists with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, monitors application and server health, explores AI-enabled DevOps workflows, and maintains technical documentation.
