Lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central U.S., managing five Enterprise AEs. Own regional revenue targets, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution. Coach and develop the team, engage personally in strategic accounts, and partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, CS, Legal, Finance) to drive growth. Represent Ontic at industry events and drive regional market development. Travel extensively across the region.

Drive frontend architecture, shared platforms, and engineering standards across product teams. Define component patterns, state management, performance and accessibility standards, evolve design systems, mentor engineers, and lead cross-team initiatives to improve consistency, scalability, developer experience, and maintainability of large-scale SaaS frontend applications.

On-site IT Support Specialist providing day-to-day end-user help desk, macOS/Windows endpoint administration (MDM), A/V and conference room support, inventory management, security tooling maintenance, and scripting-based automation to keep devices compliant and teammates productive.
