Leads payroll administration and staff while delivering financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance monitoring, and decision support. Develops financial policies, evaluates strategic financial impacts, supports collective bargaining scenarios, ensures payroll and financial data integrity, and drives process improvements. Partners with internal teams to resolve issues, explain complex financial results, and improve labor and service efficiency.

Provides administrative support to care coordinators by processing referrals and service orders, managing confidential patient records, maintaining high-volume electronic patient data, handling telephone inquiries, and supporting other team functions. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, data-entry, and interpersonal skills in a patient-centered healthcare environment.

Provides information, referrals, and customer service to patients and caregivers. Responsibilities include resolving healthcare and community-resource inquiries, coordinating services and orders, communicating with clients and Care Coordinators, monitoring client communications, verifying resources, data entry, and supporting special projects.
