Leads capital markets operations for reverse mortgage portfolios, specializing in HECM remediation, securitizations, loan sales, investor relationships, and secondary market execution. Oversees FHA, HUD, Ginnie Mae, and investor compliance, mitigates repurchase and financial risk, improves operational processes, manages loan delivery into HMBS pools, and allocates resources to direct reports. Requires extensive mortgage capital markets, securitization, trading, and leadership experience.

Processes mortgage assignments by reviewing chain of title, custody, signing authority, and document requirements. Executes and notarizes assignments, follows up on recorded documents, coordinates with attorneys and vendors, responds to status inquiries, supports foreclosure and bankruptcy workflows, ships originals, and researches chain-of-title validity. The role requires mortgage servicing knowledge, strong organization, communication, decision-making, deadline management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Validates system-to-system data transfers, maintains report accuracy, identifies and resolves discrepancies, and executes projects according to quality standards and deadlines. The role supports client onboarding and outgoing transfers by coordinating with clients and external contacts. It also ensures service delivery meets production criteria while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills are required. Freshers are eligible, and the position follows a mid-shift schedule.
