Oniryx is an IT consulting company based in Gembloux, Belgium. It develops tailor-made IT projects, supporting the evolution of companies’ and institutions’ IT systems through sustainable, innovative, and engaging solutions. With its broad and specialized expertise, Oniryx covers all aspects of project development activities (project management, analysis, development, testing, change management, consulting, training, and coaching). Since its creation in 2008, Oniryx has always placed great importance on respecting the human person, both in its relationships with employees and in its interactions with clients and partners. In 2014, Oniryx undertook a deep transformation of its management model to incorporate self-management practices and sociocratic tools. Collective intelligence—and more specifically, self-management, a culture of transparency, and the promotion of well-being at work—are all tools that not only provide everyone with the right information to make decisions but also encourage personal development and even an entrepreneurial spirit among all team members.
