Lead a cross-functional team of four to seven engineers, owning people management, hiring, delivery, quality, and process. Partner closely with product management on priorities and technical trade-offs, coach engineers in agentic development workflows, review code, remove blockers, and maintain delivery visibility through metrics. The manager remains technically engaged without becoming a delivery bottleneck, develops team members, addresses performance issues early, and establishes durable testing and observability practices.

Own and improve automated test frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, and agentic quality tooling across engineering teams. Strengthen unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage; reduce flaky tests; build metrics, dashboards, and alerts; support release health decisions; and contribute to production features and internal tools. Partner with developers through test design, code review, and testability guidance while advancing AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Lead Onfleet’s Product organization, including Product Management, Design, and User Research. Own product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, planning, customer feedback, success metrics, cross-functional coordination, and product team development. Partner with Engineering and go-to-market leaders to deliver adopted products and support enterprise growth. Represent Product with executives, the board, customers, and advisors while building scalable team processes and operations.

Build and operate full-stack features across TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Rust services. Own development from design through production, including APIs, webhooks, integrations, testing, CI automation, code review, refactoring, troubleshooting, and on-call support. Improve agentic development workflows and quality practices, expand automated coverage, and collaborate with distributed product and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
