Lead Onfleet’s Product organization, including Product Management, Design, and User Research. Own product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, planning, customer feedback, success metrics, cross-functional coordination, and product team development. Partner with Engineering and go-to-market leaders to deliver adopted products and support enterprise growth. Represent Product with executives, the board, customers, and advisors while building scalable team processes and operations.

Build and operate full-stack features across TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Rust services. Own development from design through production, including APIs, webhooks, integrations, testing, CI automation, code review, refactoring, troubleshooting, and on-call support. Improve agentic development workflows and quality practices, expand automated coverage, and collaborate with distributed product and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Post-sales Solutions Engineer delivering custom integrations, automations, and internal tooling. Own projects end-to-end: gather requirements, design, implement (primarily TypeScript/Node.js and Python), test, ship, and support production builds. Work with cloud environments, APIs/webhooks, CI pipelines, and agent-driven development workflows while communicating progress to customers and identifying productization opportunities.
