Lead enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, clinical applications, cybersecurity, vendor relationships, and digital innovation for a multi-site tribal healthcare organization. Oversee IT roadmap, budgets, compliance (HIPAA), EHR integrations, project delivery, and MSP/vendor performance while supporting clinic expansion and operational excellence.

Support day-to-day clinic operations for an outpatient opioid use disorder facility: coordinate patient intake, supervise front- and back-office staff, manage reporting (CURES, clinic stats), handle administrative tasks (schedules, orders, deposits), assist with compliance, training, community outreach, and act as point-of-contact when directors are unavailable.

Provide peer-based recovery support to patients with substance use disorders in a tribal outpatient clinic. Deliver individual and group peer services, resource navigation, referrals, transportation and care coordination, assist with admissions and scheduling, uphold HIPAA confidentiality, participate in community outreach, and support clinic front-office duties as needed.
