Serves as the primary tax contact for customers transitioning to payroll tax services. Manages cases, reviews and maintains tax profiles, researches federal, state, and local payroll tax issues, processes updates, performs reconciliations, and coordinates resolutions. Leads customer meetings, supports onboarding, collaborates with internal teams, maintains accurate records, and recommends process improvements while meeting quality and customer service standards.

Leads the platform and ecosystem product strategy for TaxEx, Treasury, and BPaaS solutions, expanding OSV beyond Workday. Owns product vision, discovery, roadmaps, commercialization, partner ecosystems, integrations, and market expansion. Builds relationships with payroll, HCM, ERP, processor, and channel partners while collaborating across engineering, operations, compliance, sales, and marketing. Establishes product governance, develops high-performing product teams, and drives adoption, recurring revenue, partner outcomes, and scalable platform capabilities.

Supports domestic North American payroll tax operations by setting up and indexing tax tickets and notices, auditing data for accuracy, meeting processing quotas, managing aged tickets, researching client account information, and processing critical tickets promptly. The role also supports special projects and requires strong data entry, research, organization, customer service, and time management skills, with availability for split shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
