Lead and scale the Solutions Consulting organization to design consultative last-mile fulfillment and transportation solutions, develop value-engineering and ROI models, create repeatable consulting assets, partner with Sales/Implementation/Product/Customer Success, oversee solution designs and SOWs, and represent OneRail to executive customers and industry audiences.

Lead design and optimization of a cloud-native SaaS platform for availability, scalability, observability, and resilience. Implement observability, performance and chaos testing, automate operations, tune databases, lead incident response and postmortems, mentor teams, and establish SRE best practices and documentation.
