Develop and customise Shopify Plus themes, translating designs into responsive, high-quality storefronts. Build campaign pages, collection launches, and reusable components while responding quickly to trading needs. Optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, scalability, SEO, and cross-browser performance. Collaborate with development, marketing, ecommerce, and trading teams to improve functionality and deliver polished shopping experiences across seven stores.

Supports day-to-day trading across seven eCommerce websites by executing website updates, merchandising changes, campaigns, launches, QA checks, reporting, and customer journey monitoring. Maintains trading calendars, trackers, documentation, and cross-team deadlines while identifying issues and ensuring accurate, timely delivery. The role uses Shopify, analytics, CMS, spreadsheets, and BI tools to monitor commercial performance and support the Digital Trading Executive.

Manage end-to-end Shopify product and catalogue setup across seven international websites. Build and maintain product listing pages and enhanced landing pages, configure collections, variants, tags, filters, and merchandising rules, and execute launches and campaigns. Conduct detailed desktop and mobile QA, monitor live websites, resolve issues, support reporting, and improve workflows. Collaborate with Digital Trade, Buying, Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, and Development teams to deliver accurate, timely, commercially effective eCommerce experiences.

Lead creative development and execute on-brand design across social, web, CRM, print, and in-store channels. Partner with marketing, product, and agencies, review and mentor midweight/junior designers, maintain brand standards, and introduce innovative visual ideas and trends. Manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality, strategic visual storytelling.

Develop channel-by-channel content plans from campaign briefs across hero campaigns, launches, and always-on cultural content. Sequence and adapt assets for social, email, paid, web, PR, and experiential; build content calendars; brief designers/writers/agencies; ensure narrative consistency and iterate using channel performance insights.
