Design innovative activewear, lifestyle, athleisure, and concept-led products from trend research through production. Responsibilities include developing colour palettes, silhouettes, product stories, design packs, fabrics, trims, and construction details; collaborating with buying, merchandising, garment technology, product development, suppliers, and manufacturers; supporting fit sessions; and presenting seasonal direction. Senior designers also mentor junior team members and influence creative direction.

Manage and grow Oner Active’s US online community across social channels, delivering personalized customer engagement and product guidance. Support retail enquiries, launches, events, and community activations while monitoring sentiment, trends, and potential risks. Share customer insights with leadership and collaborate across Retail, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure consistent digital and in-store experiences. Develop strong product knowledge through training and foster customer loyalty, advocacy, and meaningful conversations.

Lead creative development and execute on-brand design across social, web, CRM, print, and in-store channels. Partner with marketing, product, and agencies, review and mentor midweight/junior designers, maintain brand standards, and introduce innovative visual ideas and trends. Manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality, strategic visual storytelling.
