Provides hands-on IT support across Mac, Windows, and mobile devices for a hybrid workforce. Responsibilities include employee technology lifecycle management, hardware provisioning, MDM and asset administration, SaaS access management, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 support, meeting-room AV troubleshooting, ticket resolution, documentation, user training, and participation in broader IT projects and process improvements.

Develops and executes visual direction for e-commerce, lookbooks, BAU, and social content. Creates concepts, mood boards, styling references, and shot direction; supports photography and video production; directs talent and creative decisions on set; and partners with photographers, stylists, videographers, HMUAs, and social teams. Ensures content is visually compelling, commercially effective, brand-aligned, culturally relevant, and consistent across digital channels while contributing to brand evolution and trend research.

Own a portfolio of 10–15 high-value US athletes and ambassadors, managing relationships, contracts, revenue targets, P&L, content strategy, paid media performance, events, and activations. Recruit and negotiate with talent, analyze ROI and acquisition data, guide investment decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop junior team members. The role requires hands-on expertise in creator content, Meta and TikTok advertising, commercial partnerships, talent events, and scaled DTC consumer brands.
