The role coordinates contractors and stakeholders, ensures safe and compliant project delivery, evaluates system performance, and develops improvements to capacity, reliability, measurement accuracy, and operating efficiency.

Oversee IT infrastructure service delivery, including technology, processes, personnel, system management, and service-level performance. Provide strategic direction for infrastructure, manage vendor relationships and major contracts, advise on technical architecture, coordinate with project and application teams, and lead managers and contributors. Performs crude oil movement scheduling, nominations, confirmations, allocations, inventory management, and month-end closing activities across pipelines, trucks, and facilities. Coordinates with operations, carriers, customers, and internal teams to optimize transportation, resolve scheduling and measurement issues, support billing, and maintain contract and tariff compliance. Prepares and analyzes reports covering flows, capacity, storage, balances, tickets, quality, and customer inventory.

Develops and evaluates product-quality procedures, leads gasoline blend-down planning, and manages product quality, compliance, and additive incidents. Analyzes QMS, LIMS, and testing data to identify margin opportunities, supports commercial projects, interprets ASTM and EPA requirements, answers stakeholder questions, and partners with field chemists and operations teams to improve sampling, testing, blending, and compliance processes.

Schedules and monitors natural gas pipeline nominations, confirmations, allocations, and daily flows across interstate and intrastate systems. Coordinates with traders, customers, gas control representatives, producers, operators, and pipeline companies to resolve imbalances, capacity issues, measurement discrepancies, and billing questions. Prepares balancing, volume, storage, pricing, and scheduling reports while interpreting contracts, tariffs, regulations, and industry communications. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Lead settlement and operations accounting for North Texas gathering and storage assets, ensuring GAAP and SOX-compliant month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support, and process improvements. Supervise and develop an accounting team, respond to customer inquiries, partner with cross-functional teams, and support regulatory filings and ad-hoc projects to strengthen controls and automation.

Lead corporate planning and financial analysis for the Permian region including monthly forecasts, annual plans, long-range outlooks, and margin accruals. Validate planning models using contract terms, commercial agreements, volumes, and operational drivers. Prepare reports and presentations for management, Board, and investors. Supervise planning staff and provide financial insight to support commercial and executive decision-making.

Lead settlement and operational accounting for gas marketing activities, supervise a team, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting and controls, support audits, interpret contracts, drive process improvements and ETRM-based automation, and collaborate with trading and commercial stakeholders to deliver timely financial results.

Prepare and analyze accounting entries and reconciliations for gas operations, support monthly close and financial reporting, perform variance analysis, respond to audit/reporting requests, partner across teams to resolve discrepancies, improve controls and automate processes, and provide guidance and training to staff in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Leads complex engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation through commissioning and startup. Support and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) compliance across terminal, processing, and storage facilities. Facilitate PHAs (HAZOP, LOPA), internal audits, MOC, incident investigations, training tracking, and reporting of safety metrics. Provide technical engineering support for controls, instrumentation, relief systems, project management, and implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.

Creates and updates pipeline, plant instrumentation, piping, structural, drainage, grade, elevation, lot plan, and alignment drawings using CAD software. Develops 3D models and bills of material, interprets sketches and diagrams, coordinates design changes, verifies construction through field inspections, and reviews drawing sets across disciplines. The role requires knowledge of design codes, CAD tools, Navisworks, drafting practices, and basic geometry and trigonometry.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain production AI systems and agentic LLM solutions. Develop advanced algorithms (optimization, forecasting, CV), cloud infrastructure, APIs/SDKs, tooling, prompts, and user interfaces. Ensure security, monitoring, cost control, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with IT and business partners.

Lead front-end project development for NGL and midstream assets along the Gulf Coast. Perform conceptual design, scope and cost estimating, risk assessment, strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and technical support. Coordinate with operations, engineering, construction, and commercial teams, mentor junior engineers, prepare AFE and project reports, and ensure projects are positioned for successful execution and regulatory compliance.

Analyze and validate In-Line Inspection (ILI) data to support pipeline integrity programs under 49 CFR Parts 192/195. Collaborate with vendors, update databases, identify data inconsistencies and trends, support dig list development, and provide ad hoc engineering analyses. Hybrid role based in Tulsa with no extensive travel required.

Design, develop, commission, and support PLC and HMI control systems for new and existing facilities. Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting, OT cybersecurity configuration, project oversight, training, and technical support for field devices including AccuLoad and Omni flowcomputers. On-call rotating support and up to 30% travel required.
