Own and optimize Workday across at least two modules, including Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and HCM. Translate HR business needs into scalable configurations, reports, workflows, security, and process improvements. Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, support integrations, lead testing and releases, and manage enhancements from requirements through implementation. Provide consultative guidance, documentation, audit support, and continuous improvement while protecting sensitive employee information.

Supervises operations engineering supporting pipeline and facility assets. Leads engineering teams, capital and expense projects, operational troubleshooting, integrity and reliability initiatives, risk reduction, regulatory response, and emergent event support. Oversees mechanical integrity evaluations, inspections, repairs, designs, construction modifications, and continuous improvement while coordinating with operations, asset integrity, compliance, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders. Requires 25% travel to facilities and project sites.

Performs entry-level internal audit, SOX Section 404 compliance testing, and special projects under supervision. The role researches risks and controls, interviews employees, prepares audit workpapers, analyzes financial and audit information, and develops recommendations. It requires clear communication, critical thinking, documentation, and foundational knowledge of auditing, GAAP, COSO, and fraud risks. A bachelor's degree is required, while CPA, CIA, CISA, and CFE certifications are preferred.
