Lead medium-complexity IT projects end-to-end: plan and execute AWS-hosted and infrastructure-oriented implementations, manage budgets, stakeholders, risks, quality, documentation, and reporting. Serve as primary client contact, mentor junior PMs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule and within scope.

Implement and deploy proprietary financial products in AWS and client environments. Engage with clients, analyze trading data, build custom ETL and integrations, customize products, maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines (Kubernetes, containers, logs), and contribute to process and tool improvements while learning OneTick.

Lead end-to-end managed services projects for OneTick clients: oversee onboarding, implementation, maintenance, client communication, milestone tracking, billing coordination, and identify upsell opportunities while improving customer experience.

Lead architecture, customization, and deployment of OneTick-based time-series solutions. Design and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines, tune performance for distributed/containerized systems, and advise clients on integration strategy. Mentor engineers, drive team processes, and coordinate with product development to influence roadmap.

Own and improve market data quality for OneMarketData's TrueTick product: define quality standards, monitor daily metrics, investigate anomalies, drive resolutions with Data Operations and Engineering, and deliver product enhancements based on stakeholder and client requirements.

Participate in development of the OneTick C++ platform: write clean, maintainable code, debug and support testing, perform performance analysis and optimization, and work in a Unix environment.

Monitor and maintain the OneTick platform in cloud or client data centers, follow runbooks to troubleshoot data delivery and server application issues, improve monitoring, perform maintenance and updates, collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams, and assist with deployments and feature rollouts.
