We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team, contributing to the successful delivery of our managed services projects. Among our customers are NYSE, Credit Suisse, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the European Central Bank, Bloomberg, Itiviti, Optiver,  Instinet, Tudor Funds, Vanguard, and Viking.

Job Description 

As a Mid/Senior Project Manager for OneTick Managed Services, you will be pivotal in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring the seamless delivery of our managed services projects through onboarding, implementation, and maintenance phases. Collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners, you will be responsible for driving project success, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional project management expertise and commitment to delivering unparalleled client service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Managing the onboarding, implementation, and maintenance stages for the Managed Services customers
  • Regular review of customer support requests and following up on the progress of the requests
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved and deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Regular catch-up calls with the customers (accounts) assigned to you
  • Maintaining accurate financial records by tracking monthly expenses, coordinating and verifying the billing approvals 
  • Identifying new deal opportunities and informing the sales team about it
  • Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across internal teams 
  • Actively involved in improving the customer experience 

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation
  • Eager to learn new technologies (including industry-specific)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain complicated things in simple words
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
  • Available to work in the evenings

The position will require a background check, signed NDA, signed contract, and signed GDPR processor passthrough agreement (since we act as a data processor under GDPR). Salaries will be commensurate with experience, education, skillset, and local norms.
