Provides practical nursing care in an outpatient practice, including patient intake, vital signs, medication reconciliation and administration, treatments, procedure assistance, medical record maintenance, referrals, scheduling, insurance authorization support, room preparation, and emergency response assistance.

Provides specialized intensive care nursing, assesses and addresses patient needs, coordinates care, supervises LPNs and support staff, maintains accurate records, manages supplies, and responds calmly to emergencies. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, strong communication, patient and family empathy, leadership, attention to detail, and proficiency with electronic records systems. Required credentials include an Associate of Nursing, New York RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification; ICU experience and a BSN are preferred.

Provides direct medical-surgical patient care, assesses and addresses patient needs, supervises LPNs and support staff, maintains accurate records, and supports safe, quality care. The RN communicates with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams; manages supplies and equipment; responds professionally during emergencies; and mentors nursing personnel. Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, communication, and computer skills are required, along with the ability to work in a physically demanding clinical environment.
